Applications for the position of Deputy Sheriff are currently being accepted by the Wayne County Civil Service Commission.

All applicants must meet the minimum hiring standards, Iowa Law Enforcement Academy minimum standards and successfully complete the P.O.S.T. and Physical Agility tests.

Testing will be administered on November 26th, 2024 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.
